Effortless Sessions
Direct Neurofeedback therapy is a FDA-registered, non-invasive technology that takes 30 minutes or less.
What is Direct Neurofeedback?
Direct Neurofeedback therapy, sometimes referred to as Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS), is a non-invasive, FDA-registered technology that measures electrical activity of the brain and sends back to the brain a microcurrent. That brief, imperceptible current resets the client’s autonomic nervous system and allows the brain to reorganize itself for optimal functioning. Direct neurofeedback benefits include feeling more calm, a greater clarity, and an overall feeling of balance and resilience. Ocala Neuro's direct neurofeedback for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other disorders takes information from sensors on the scalp and relays that to our software. Based on each person’s brainwave patterns a tiny, imperceptible stimulation is sent back to the brain from the computer. As brainwaves change so does the current going back to the brain. Each direct neurofeedback therapy session is specific for every client.
